Sooo, the psychiatrist says whatever my problem may be, bipolar or not, there’s a good chance that my insomnia is making it worse so she prescribed me with a mood stabilizer/sleep aid. And this marks the first time I will be taking medication for anything! How exciting!! Hopefully I’ll be able to get some sleep, and not being sad all the time would be nice too.
